Contractor and its subcontractors shall furnish progress reports, status reports, project account statements, certificates, approvals, etc. The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities to the bidding, or to advertise for new proposals, if in the judgment of the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, it is in their best interest. No bidder may withdraw a bid within in ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
